1tireddad05/24/2013Great people! On time and very effecient.
On 1 August 13, Approx. 6:00PM, I broke down East Bound on I-70 at the entrance to the Indianapolis, Indiana Interstate Circle. And although my alternator couldn't be replaced until the following day, I was very happy with the AAA & Repair Teamwork given to me. Hoosier Helper roadside Assistance(Sponsored by State Farm), stopped first to check on my Safety&Status. He stayed with me for as long as possible until the AAA Contracted Tow-Truck could arrive(Outstanding!). Upon Arrival, AAA Contracted: Greg Woods Towing got me out of harms way and stayed with me through 2 separate towing locations(the rest of the evening) until we could find a garage who could get me repaired ASAP and heading back to Connecticut. And Although Road Tested Saab was unable to locate a Alternator for my vehicle, the owner helped the Team of Andy Mohr NISSAN, have my Alternator In-Hand, Before my car was even at the dealership! Total Repair Time at Andy Mohr Nissan: 2 1/2 hours!! From Hoosier Helper, The ladies on the phone from AAA, Greg Woods Towing to Andy Mohr Nissan, this teamwork ran like the Indianapolis 500 Speedway Garage. For this I am most Grateful! Special Thanks to: Greg Woods, and the Andy Mohr Nissan Team(Jeff Taylor, Ed Drews, Carl Corlett, and Quentin Young(if I needed a new car). Best Wishes, Kevin J.
